The rooms had a fabulous ocean view and were clean and comfortable in a modern 'art deco' style, but I don't recommend staying on the second floor due to potential issues. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, being very close to the boardwalk and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were lovely, although lacking a balcony, and the service was a bit disappointing at times. However, the unique community puzzle area in the lobby was a nice touch.
