I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a fabulous ocean view and were clean and comfortable in a modern 'art deco' style, but I don't recommend staying on the second floor due to potential issues. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being super friendly and helpful while others weren't as welcoming. The location offers easy access to the beach, but safety concerns and other drawbacks bring down its overall appeal. Dining options were limited, and some services required extra payment.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, being very close to the boardwalk and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were lovely, although lacking a balcony, and the service was a bit disappointing at times. However, the unique community puzzle area in the lobby was a nice touch.
